They are an essential part of Quebec's education system, but most school support staff in the province say they are not getting paid enough to meet their basic needs. This includes janitors, secretaries, lab technicians, daycare workers and more. That's just one finding in a new survey that paints a bleak picture of their reality. Dan Spector reports.
